○ Discussion of minutes. Art will revise and resend for approval. ● Unfinished Business

○ 2023 Budget Discussion

• Voted to approve continuing landscape contract at $24,807

• Voted to keep reserve contribution the same as 2022

• Balanced the 2023 budget at 2022 level
