  • ○  Present: Art Shotwell, Simone Caracciolo, Cele Westlake, Kippy Strandberg, Bruce Janicula, Donna Cunningham, Joan Mickleson (viaZoom)

  • ○  Absent: Suzanne Metcalfe

• ●  Approval of Minutes of Dec. 7, 2022 Meeting

  • ○  Minutes approved

  • ○  Discussion of minutes. Homeowners can attend meetings. Minutes are

    shared with homeowners.

• ●  Preliminary Budget Discussion

  • ○  Board decided to approve increase in Martin’s Lawn Care increase from $24,806.40 to $30,028.80 for 2023.

  • ○  Board decided to reduce landscape budget items #201 (Common Area Improvements) and #202 (Lawn Maintenance) from $3,700 by one-half.

  • ○  Board discussed recommending to the Owners’ Meeting elimination of Earthquake Insurance.

  • ○  Board decided to combine preliminary budget items Maintenance/Repairs and Roof Repair with an item budget of $6,000.

  • ○  Board decided not to do a Reserve Study in 2023.

  • ○  Board approved landscape request to increase landscape item#104

    (gratuity) from $300 to $400.
