Pratt Pest Management Proposal

PRATT PEST MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL dated 15 June 2005

• Monthly service for one year
• Treat up to 9 units monthly
• Each unit treated about every 3 months
• Includes² minor ³ interior treatment for up to 2 units/month - added treatments as necessary at 20% discount if included in monthly treatment schedule
• 10% discount on Emergency Treatments, if necessary
• Exterior perimeter control of common pests
• Exterior rodent monitoring & baiting
• Removal of wasps nests on regular visits
• Larvacide treatment of site pond upon request & as needed (Mosquito control)
• Includes 4 winter treatments of crawl space
• 20% discount to homeowner for requested inter service
• No initial ³setup fee² (Usually $ 250)
• Contract cost $ 2700 / 12 months service (Approx $100 per unit)
