MINUTES Board Meeting of Cedar Springs Home owners December 14, 2004
Present were: Vince Sellen, Art Shotwell, Ardeth Dunne, and Steve Swiatkowsi
President's Report
1. Gutter cleaning was completed last week without problem.
2. Sprinkler system winter "blowout" was done by Garner's last week. There is one access to the system on the court side that was not done. Vince will continue to follow up on this until the entire system has been readied for winter.
3. Vince will continue to post near the mailboxes a notice of times and places for any meetings of the association.
Treasurer's Report
1. Reserve account balance is $22,358.63.
Operating account balance is $9000
Insurance account balance is $1700
2. There are 4 owners listed as <30 days overdue on their monthly dues.
3. At the first of the year our accountant Furin & Co. will be sending 12 pre addressed envelopes for monthly dues to each owner.

Old Business
1. Unit 1808 Cedar Springs Lane is requesting construction of a trellis on the deck. The board needs more information to make a decision.
2. There has been discussion of approval of satellite dishes for each unit. The current CCRRs prohibit them. The board will ask a satellite company where a dish can be placed and be effective. If in can be toward the back side of a unit, installation should probably be allowed. Comments from any owners should be given to any board member.
